C U S T O M
We design and make custom rugs for residential and commercial spaces. We can customize a current rug design, or create a new custom design for your specific interior or project. Our comprehensive design and production experience is valued by the private clients, interior designers and architects with whom we collaborate.
L E A D T I M E
Allow approximately 10-16 weeks for your rug to be completed, depending on the size, weaving technique, and level of customization. All our rugs are handmade to order; each is a unique work created by a variety of artisans and craftspeople as it goes from raw material to final product.
S A M P L E S Q U A R E
We recommend that you order a 2’x2’ sample for final approval. A sample square is used to confirm color dye match and construction, and is a useful planning reference for the project team.
M A T E R I A L S
Meinecke rugs are made with 100% pure and natural Tibetan and New Zealand wool – the world’s finest. We also make rugs with premium quality Chinese and Thai silk, soy silk, and wool/silk blends. Fibers such as linen, mohair, nettle, and others, are also available to customize a design.
